Objective:
Acoustiguide offers digital audio and visual interpretation to visitors of cultural events and exhibits utilizing a multitude of platforms including web, software and hardware.  Acoustiguide came to VOKAL to take their museum guide experience into the mobile app world.

Process:
Comprehensive sessions with the client defined the needs of a user range varying in the cultural interest, technical comfort, and quantity of attending museum visitors. Applying this information to interaction design culminated in an Acoustiguide mobile application that provided services beyond that of a hardware museum guide. Features including self-guided multimedia tours, supplemental images, video and audio, as well as directions, admission information, and a guide to upcoming events combined to create an application that optimized any museum experience.

Result:
Acoustiguide continues to release mobile app guides fashioned to accompany consistently occurring exhibitions.
