Objective:
dScout launched as an experiment to conduct in-context research and capture audience experiences by utilizing primarily mobile apps. dScout branched out as a stand-alone with the release of an Android app developed with Vokal Interactive.

Process:
During our discovery process we explored mobile app solutions for dScout to create a profitable experience between a mission organizer and their participating researchers. A unique mobile application was conceptualized to allow users to accept missions as scouts and provide feedback by submitting photos and commentary coined by dScout as “snippets.”

Result:
Since the initial Android release of dScout, the mobile app has branched out to iPhone and continues to evolve. We have facilitated integrating updates to the ongoing Android releases.
